Terms Entered in Search
A name, location, or other term entered in a search box is sent to the third-party provider that operates the tool. Martin County Released Inmates does not keep or log those query terms on its own systems. The provider's policy controls how it processes the submission.
Messages Sent to Us
Email and contact-form content may be retained as needed to read the request and send a reply. We do not share those messages beyond our organization unless a law or valid legal process requires disclosure.
Technical Data Collected Automatically
A page visit can create routine technical and usage information. That data may include:
